EA FC 24 Players Ratings Prediction
10. Ruben Dias (90)
- Position: Defender
- Club: Manchester City
- Nation: Portugal
- Age: 26
- FIFA 23 Rating: 88 (Potential 91)
Official: Ruben Dias has been ranked as the best centre-back in world football, according to @ESPNFC's 2023 'FC 100'.
— City Xtra (@City_Xtra) July 4, 2023
Coming in at number 10, is Ruben Dias, who led Manchester City’s treble-winning defense in 22/23. He could be the highest rated defender in EA FC 24, given Virgil Van Dijk’s slump in form. Dias came back from a hamstring injury that sidelined him for a month, but he maintained the level of performance City needed to keep pushing for glory on all fronts.
9. Joshua Kimmich (90)
- Position: Defensive Midfielder
- Club: Bayern Munich
- Nation: Germany
- Age: 28
- FIFA 23 Rating: 89 (Potential 90)

2022/23 was relatively a quiet season for Bayern Munich. Yes, they did win the Bundesliga, but they had to wait till Borussia Dortmund’s last day collapse to win their 11th Bundesliga title in a row. Joshua Kimmich, however, was one of the exceptional performers for the Bavarian giants. Kimmich is a Swiss army knife of a player, capable of playing across multiple positions on the pitch, but both Julian Nagelsmann and Thomas Tuchel have deployed him at the heart of Bayern’s midfield. Kimmich's impact went beyond his defensive contributions, as he also showcased his attacking prowess, tallying an impressive 18 goal involvements in his 47 appearances.
8. Bernardo Silva (90)
- Position: Central Midfielder
- Club: Manchester City
- Nation: Portugal
- Age: 28
- FIFA 23 Rating: 88 (Potential 88)

Bernardo Silva is another Portuguese Manchester City star, who we believe is up for a big upgrade in EA FC 24. . Last season, Silva played a crucial role in Pep Guardiola's side, showcasing his versatility and adaptability on the field. Guardiola deployed him in various positions, including 23 appearances as a central midfielder, 14 outings on the right side of the midfield, and even occasionally as a right-back. Notably, Silva's remarkable work rate stood out, as he covered an impressive distance of 11.8 kilometers per 90 minutes during the 2022/23 campaign, making him the hardest-working player in Manchester City's squad. As City's standard-bearer, Silva led by example throughout their historic treble-winning season.
7. Harry Kane (90)
- Position: Striker
- Club: Tottenham Hotspur
- Nation: England
- Age: 29
- FIFA 23 Rating: 89 (Potential 89)
⚽️⚽️ Harry Kane is the 2nd player to score 30+ PL goals in multiple seasons, after Alan Shearer
Shearer 93-94, 94-95 & 95-96
Kane 17-18 & 22-23 pic.twitter.com/DHwyDAbsIz— Sky Sports Statto (@SkySportsStatto) May 28, 2023
Tottenham Hotspur fans won’t remember the 22/23 season fondly as they dropped out of the European qualification spots and had to settle for an eighth place finish. Their talisman Harry Kane, however, was once again the shining light for the team. On a personal level, Kane had a phenomenal season. He scored 30 goals for a struggling Spurs side, and if it were not for a rampaging Norwegian donning Man City colors, he would have taken the Premier League Golden Boot home. Kane, therefore, should expect to break into the prestigious 90’s club in EA FC 24.
6. Thibaut Courtois (90)
- Position: Goalkeeper
- Club: Real Madrid
- Nation: Belgium
- Age: 31
- FIFA 23 Ranking: 90 (Potential 90)
ESPN FC has made a list of the best players in each position for the European season (22-23).
Starting with the goalkeepers:
1 – 🇧🇪 Courtois
2 – 🇩🇪 Ter Stegen
3 – 🇧🇷 Alisson
4 – 🇫🇷 Maignan
5 – 🇸🇮 Oblak
6 – 🇮🇹 Donnarumma
7 – 🇧🇷 Ederson
8 – 🏴 Ramsdale
9 – 🇦🇷 Martinez
10 – 🏴… pic.twitter.com/T8vbhojuFz— VAR Tático (@vartatico) July 4, 2023
Over the past few seasons, Thibaut Courtois has been the ultimate goalkeeper pick in FIFA. The Belgian played in one of the most successful teams of all time, offered the best reflexes in the game, and has a towering six feet six figure-he ticked all the right boxes. Even though Real Madrid had a trophyless 22/23 season and Belgium did not do exceptionally well in Qatar, Courtois maintains his status as the best goalkeeper in the world. He still produced game winning saves, showed fantastic positioning sense, and showed almost zero vulnerability throughout the season. He should be the flagship goalkeeper in EA FC 24.
5. Robert Lewandowski (91)
- Position: Striker
- Club: FC Barcelona
- Nation: Poland
- Age: 34
- FIFA 23 Rating: 91 (Potential 91)
Robert Lewandowski is the first Barcelona player to score 30+ goals across all competitions in his debut season since Ronaldo in 1996/97.

Robert Lewandowski is aging like fine wine. Many had doubted the Poland international once he made the switch to FC Barcelona from Bayern Munich. He was approaching his mid-thirties, so it was not the best time to switch into an arguably tougher league. Lewandowski, however, showed zero signs of slowing down as he spearheaded Barcelona to La Liga glory by hitting a league-high 23 goals. He scored 33 goals in 46 appearances for the club in his debut season, including a hat-trick against Viktoria Plzen in his Champions League debut for Barcelona.
Lewandowski also touched a milestone with his national team as he scored his first World Cup goal for Poland. He scored and assisted in Poland’s 2-0 win against Saudi Arabia and also found the net in Poland’s 3-1 Round-of-16 defeat against France. It is highly unlikely that Robert Lewandowski would receive a lower rating in EA FC 24 compared to his FIFA 23 stats.
4. Kevin De Bruyne (91)
- Position: Central Midfielder
- Club: Manchester City
- Nation: Belgium
- Age: 32
- FIFA 23 Rating: 91 (Potential 91)
🎈 Happy 32nd Birthday to Kevin de Bruyne!

Kevin De Bruyne cemented his status as one of the all time greats following a remarkable season with Manchester City. He produced no less than 28 assists across all competitions for the Citizens, which is eight more than his nearest competitor in top five European leagues, a certain someone named Lionel Messi. De Bruyne was the creative engine that fueled a goal-hungry City attack. He created 3.4 chances per 90 minutes for his teammates last season. The Belgium international is the ultimate CM pick as he has one of the best weak foot ratings in the game and can score and assist from almost any position.
3. Kylian MBappe (91)
- Position: Striker
- Club: Paris Saint-Germain
- Nation: France
- Age: 24
- FIFA 23 Rating: 91 (Potential 95)
Kylian Mbappe for PSG 2021/22:
◎ 46 games
◎ 39 goals
◎ 22 assistsKylian Mbappe for PSG 2022/23:
◉ 43 games
◉ 41 goals
◉ 10 assistsCan he become even more amazing next season? 😅 pic.twitter.com/UtKBUQZj6W
— Stats24 (@_Stats24) June 28, 2023
Kylian MBappe nearly led his nation to a second World Cup title last season, but his PSG campaign mostly flew under the radar. MBappe’s numbers were great for his club, as he produced 41 goals and 10 assists in only 43 appearances. PSG’s lackluster Champions League campaign and hard-fought Ligue One win, however, eclipsed his brilliance. MBappe was the most popular striker in FIFA 23, thanks to his explosive pace and incredible precision. Undoubtedly, he will be one of the most desirable players in EA FC 24, but we don’t think he will be the best player overall.
2. Lionel Messi (91)
- Position: Right Winger
- Club: Inter Miami
- Nation: Argentina
- Age: 36
- FIFA 23 Rating: 91 (Potential 91)
Most G/A in 22/23:
🇦🇷 Lionel Messi – 58
🇫🇷 Kylian Mbappe – 52
🇳🇴 Erling Haaland – 50One is 35 years old while the other 2 are in their prime. pic.twitter.com/2IQaY5nvny

Lionel Messi is nearing the swan song of his career. He left Paris Saint-Germain to play in the MLS with David Beckham’s Inter Miami. The 36-year-old, however, leaves Europe on the back of a phenomenal 22/23 season. He has racked up 58 goals and assists for club and country in the season. Even though he could not end PSG’s wait for continental glory, Messi finally laid his hands on the most-coveted prize in football; the World Cup. The Argentina captain bagged seven goals and three assists for his country in Qatar, including a brace in the final against France.
1. Erling Haaland (92)
- Position: Striker
- Club: Manchester City
- Nation: Norway
- Age: 22
- FIFA 23 Rating: 90 (Potential 94)
Erling Haaland na Temporada 22/23:
🏟️ 57 Jogos.
⚽️ 56 Gols.
🎳 5 Hat-Tricks.
🅰️ 10 Assistências.
📊 66 Participações em Gols.🇬🇧 3 Gols na FA Cup.
🐃 1 Gol na Carabao Cup.
🦁 36 Gols na Premier League.
🇪🇺 12 Gols na Champions League.
🌐 4 Gols na Eliminatórias da UEFA Euro.— City Xtra Português (@City_XtraPT) June 30, 2023
Erling Haaland proved to be the missing piece of the puzzle for Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City. The Norwegian scored 52 goals in 53 outings for his new team, rewriting many records along the way. He scored 12 goals in 11 Champions League matches for the Citizens and played a pivotal role in their first-ever Champions League triumph. The 22-year-old’s unbelievable numbers will keep him at the top of the pile. With his superior physicality and shooting abilities, we believe he will dethrone MBappe as the best striker in the game.
