All FF7 Rebirth Weapon Locations: Cloud Weapons

As in any self-respecting JRPG, FF7 Rebirth will also have a myriad of weapons that you can use during your adventure, divided into categories and which can only be used by certain characters. In this article, therefore, we will tell you what the FF7 Rebirth weapon locations are, so that you can find the ones that best suit your way of playing and that will allow you to face increasingly powerful enemies.

FF7 Rebirth Cloud Weapons

The first thing to underline is that some weapons will be given to you as soon as you start the game, so they will be part of your default arsenal. Most, however, will have to be found by completing various types of tasks. Another thing to keep in mind is that weapons are tied to each character, so for example Barret won't be able to use Cloud's weapons and so on. In this article, we will deal with those of Cloud.

Buster Sword

• How to get it: When you start playing the game, Cloud automatically has the Buster Sword in his inventory and is using it.

Sleek Saber

• How to get it: You can find the Sleek Saber in a special chest with purple lights at the Abandoned Dock in the Grasslands. You need to reach Chapter 2 of the story, also called Abandoned Dock, to get it.

Rune Blade

• To get the Rune Blade, find a special chest with purple lights near the Rest Stop Vending Machine in the Starboard Connecting Passage of Junon. This is at the beginning of Chapter 4, which is called Hue and Cry.

Umbral Blade

• How to get it: To find the Umbral Blade, open a wooden chest with purple lights at the front door of Solemnitude Manor in The Dustbowl. You can get there once you begin Chapter 8 of the main story, Meeting Your Mount. Following this chapter will guide you to where the Umbral Blade is.

Crystal Sword

• How to get it: To find the Crystal Sword, open a chest with purple lights in the Freight Corridor of the Gongaga Reactor during Chapter 9 of the main story, called The Shadows Beckon. Look for it in a small room filled with water at the end of the corridor on the Reactor – B2 level.

Igneous Saber

• How to get it: To get the Igneous Saber, open a chest with purple lights on a metal platform along the eastern rock wall in the Upper Level of Mt. Nibel's Northern Ridge. You can find it while playing through Chapter 11 of the main story, titled To the Reactor.

Slipstream Saber

• How to get it: To find the Slipstream Saber, open a stone chest with purple lights on the platform above the first climbable patch of green ivy in the Corridor of Trepidation at the Temple of the Ancients. You can get there while playing through Chapter 13 of the main story, called Into the Labyrinth, during the One Step Ahead step.
