Toronto is Getting Canada’s Biggest Esports Lounge

Toronto is about to get a 13,000-square-foot esports lounge. Waves Egaming is set to open as soon as next week after years of planning. The location will be at 2160 Steeles Ave W, Toronto.

The new esports lounge will allow Canadians to have a professional venue to host Twitch streams, compete in local tournaments, and meet other members of the esports community.

“We feature top of the line gaming equipment, a fully equipped stage for tournaments, a full production room, and a live commentary base. We aim to be the home of all things eSports here in Toronto.”

Waves EGaming says it will be playing host for events in top esports such as League of Legends, Fortnite, PUBG, Call of Duty and more.

“At Waves eGaming we're focused on providing a space for PC and console gaming enthusiasts where they can watch and play their favourite games while participating in a social environment. We aim to be the central hub in the Toronto area for gamers to socialize, play casually, train to improve, be provided with recruitment opportunities, and compete for prizes.”
