As usual, on the last Wednesday of the month, Sony has just announced on its social media the PS Plus Essential games for the month of July. The games that the company wanted to give its subscribers to the lowest tier dedicated to PlayStation Plus are very varied and will certainly be able to satisfy all the different players' tastes. In fact, Sony has been pushing for some time not to choose a selection of titles that are too similar to each other but tries to give a specific variety to the proposal to make everyone happy. Below you can find the titles announced by Sony that are available to be claimed from July 4th.

Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War (PS5 and PS4)
Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War is the fifth installment of the Black Ops saga. Released in 2020 and developed by Treyarch, Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War takes up the focal points of the Call of Duty series and tries to renew them, while also adding some new features. The title, therefore, is in strong succession with its predecessors and, as such, is composed of both a single-player campaign and several multiplayer modes that are the real core of an FPS game like this. If you are a fan of the genre and you are missing this Call of Duty in your collection, this is the right time to recover it.
Alan Wake Remastered (PS5 and PS4)
Alan Wake Remastered is the remaster of the very famous first chapter of the Alan Wake horror saga by Remedy Entertainment. After an original landing only on PC and Xbox 360, with this remastered, the developers have decided to bring the game to PlayStation consoles (as well as PC and the new Microsoft consoles). In the wake of the enthusiasm of Alan Wake 2 which will arrive on the market on October 17th, those who have not yet had the opportunity to recover the first chapter can certainly take advantage of this addition from Sony.
Endling Extinction is Forever (PS5 and PS4)
Endling Extinction is Forever represents the indie title of the list. It's an adventure survival game in which we play the role of a fox who will have to take care of her little ones, trying to survive the oppressions that lurk in the game world. It is certainly a niche game with slower and more sedate rhythms, which relies on emotion rather than actual gameplay. If you are a lover of games that arouse strong emotions, Endling Extinction is Forever could be the right title for you.
