PlayStation Black Ops Cold War Advantages Include Double XP And More

PlayStation has announced more exclusive features for Black Ops Cold War on top of the Zombies Onslaught mode.

Today, the PlayStation blog revealed more exclusive features that will be coming to PS4 and PS5 players in Black Ops Cold War. While we already know that they will receive the brand new Zombies Onslaught mode before other players, there is more for PlayStation fans to look forward to.

Battle Pass Bundle Bonus

If you purchase the Battle Pass bundle on PlayStation, you’ll receive an extra 5 tier skips. This means that you’ll receive 25 tier skips, unlocking a quarter of the content for you. This doesn’t apply to purchasing the base Battle Pass though, so if you want to take advantage, you’ll have to purchase the Battle Pass bundle.

PlayStation Party Bonus

If you’re a PlayStation player who likes to play in a party often, this one's for you! PlayStation players that play together in parties receive +25% bonus weapon XP. This boost also counts while playing with cross-platform teammates.

Double XP Bonus

PlayStation players will receive monthly Double XP events for 24h. These events will be exclusive to PlayStation players throughout Black Ops Cold War.

Extra Loadouts

An additional two loadout slots will also be available to PlayStation players once they unlock Create-A-Class at Level 4. This will allow them to have a loadout for every occasion.

These benefits will be exclusive to PlayStation players until November 1, 2021. While the reaction on Social Media hasn't been great, the days of exclusive content are slowly leaving us and Call of Duty’s partnership with PlayStation is one of the only ones left.
