Seattle Surge has announced its four-man starting roster for the 2021 Call of Duty League season, being the sixth team to do so
Following a tease earlier in the day, Seattle Surge has announced its four-man starting roster for the 2021 Call of Duty League season. While we already knew that Sam “Octane” Larew would be on the team, we were yet to find out the remaining three players until tonight. However, it is now known that Daniel “Loony” Loza, Peirce “Gunless” Hillman and Preston “Prestinni” Sanderson will be the three players to round out the Seattle Surge squad.
First is Loony, a four-time Call of Duty champion and a veteran in the competitive scene. He had an unfortunate year with the Toronto Ultra, however, he is a player who knows how to win. He will also be reunited with former teammates Gunless and Octane who he teamed with on Rise Nation in different years.
Next up, Gunless is a six-time Call of Duty champion and yet again, a veteran player of the competitive scene. He has been on many notable teams and previously teamed with Loony and Prestinni.
Prestinni rounds out the Seattle Surge roster and is a five-time Call of Duty champion himself. He is also the only World Champion on this roster, however, this will be only the second time he has teamed without his brother Alec “Arcitys” Sanderson. While this may be good for him, he may also not play at his best.
The Seattle Surge roster now consists of Octane, Loony, Gunless and Prestinni while they search for a fifth player to be their substitute for the season.
