How to Unlock the Katana in Warzone Pacific & Vanguard

The legendary Japanese Sword can now be used in Warzone and Vanguard, here’s how.
The Katana is the most legendary Sword in existence. Being a feature of multiple Call of Duty games in the past, it was only right that it arrived in Vanguard, and Warzone Pacific Caldera. With melee weapons having a history of being overpowered in Warzone such as the Kali Sticks, the Katana will definitely be used by many players.
How to Unlock the Katana
Unfortunately, the Katana has not been released in Warzone Pacific and Vanguard Season 1 yet. The Call of Duty Blog says that the Katana can be unlocked later in the season. So here’s how to unlock it when it releases.
Players will likely have to complete a challenge, or set of challenges in order to unlock the melee weapon. This will be similar to the process of unlocking other melee weapons; and will therefore possibly involve the use of the combat knife.
However, players will also be able to unlock the Katana through an in store bundle, skipping the need to complete the challenge.
