Details for Next Call of Duty Challengers League Drop, Set to Begin this March

The Call of Duty League has just announced the details for the next amateur league.

Other than a few abhorrent bug issues, audio distractions, and poorly-placed audience cuts, the Call of Duty League has been in high-flying tip top shape. But what about the amateur league?

The next Call of Duty Challengers Toronto Ultra Open will start just over a month from now, taking place March 21st to the 22nd, with team passes to this Challengers Open LAN event available on a first-come, first-serve basis. So what exactly is in store for this COD debacle? Amateur teams will be competing to earn a shared prize minimum of $10,000 USD… as well as over 10K COD Challengers Points.

Five players, as well as an optional Coach, can be registered onto a single Team Pass for Challengers Open 5v5 team bracket. Participants must be 18 years of age and older to compete in the tournament. If you purchase a Team Pass you will need to bring your confirmation email and ID to the registration desk, where you will receive the following for your five registered players and a coach:

  • Credentials to play in the Toronto Ultra Challengers Open bracket
  • Two-day access to the Mattamy Athletic Centre

The following is a direct message from the official COD League website:

Don’t miss your chance to grab your friends and teammates and play at your Challengers Open event! After you purchase the Team pass you will need to fill out your roster on teambuilder.majorleaguegaming.com logged in with the MLG ID used to purchase the pass.

TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED TO YOU. PLEASE BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND PHOTO ID TO THE VENUE. No Refunds, No Transfers, and No Resales.

You can find more information about the event here.
