Everything you need to know ahead of the Rokkr Royale Warzone Tournament.


Alongside the release of Season 6, The Minnesota Rokkr are hosting their very own 2 day Warzone tournament tonight and tomorrow, let's take a look at everything you need to know.

Format

The Rokkr Royale Warzone tournament will take place over September 29 and 30 and will feature the following format:

Day One

  • Each team drops into a public lobby with crossplay on
  • Play as many games as possible within a 4 hour period (minimum of 5 games)
  • Best 5 games count towards final score total (eliminations + team placement)

Day Two

  • Each team drops into a public lobby with crossplay on
  • Play as many games as possible within a 2 hour period
  • Best 3 games count towards score total
  • Top 4 teams, combining scores from Day One and Day Two, will advance into a Final Playoff

Day Two – 4-Team Final Playoff

  • Starts immediately after Day Two play concludes
  • Each team drops into a public lobby with crossplay on
  • Play as many games as possible within a 2 Hour Period
  • Best 2 games count towards score total
  • Winners awarded based on eliminations and placements

Prize Pool

Teams will be fighting for their share of the $100,000 prize pool in the Rokkr Royale. The prize pool will be split with $45,000 going to first, $25,000 going to second and third and fourth both receiving $10,000. Along with this, the team with the most eliminations in Day 1 and 2 will receive a bonus $5,000.

How to watch

The Rokkr Royale begins at 3PM ET on both days. You can watch on the official Call of Duty Twitch channel where Miles Ross, Lottie Van-Praag and Goldenboy will be casting, or your favourite competitor will also stream their POV.
