CoD MW3 Season 2 Patch Notes
Patch notes for the second season of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 dropped a few hours before the update was set to release, and it's the biggest patch the game has ever seen.
Ever since MW3's debut, Activision has been determined to make the multiplayer best it can be. Holiday updates last year introduced the all-new Urzikstan map as well as a slew of new ways to traverse Warzone's open-world maps. And now that Christmas is done, it's time to see what the new season's got in store.

CoD MW3 Season 2 Patch Notes
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's second season is it's biggest update yet, sporting new 6v6 maps, brand new loadouts, television crossovers and more. There's a lot to be excited about, but everything in Season 2 is still subject to future tweaks.
CoD MW3 Season 2 – New Maps
Activision gave us a taste of the colossal content drop for Season 2 back in early February, and now we've got a better look at the new locales you'll be hitting in 6v6 CoD multiplayer.

CoD MW3 Season 2 – New Game Modes
Five new game modes are entering the playlist for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3!
- Hordepoint – players capture the Hardpoint before defending it against hordes of zombies. First team to get the most points wins the game.
- Team Gun Game – cycle through every gun with your team and reach the highest score on the board!
- Snipers Only – objective-based game modes with a long-distance twist.
- Juggermosh – players dive into Kill Confirmed, Domination and Hardpoint games in Juggernaut armor.
- Bounty – teams hunt the one with the most kills for extra points while the bounty switches players on a time interval.
The CoD MW3 Season 2 update also introduced big changes to how ADS sway works and health regeneration speed (40hp/s >> 75 hp/s). Get a feel for the improvements by comparing them to the Season 1 patch.
CoD MW3 Season 2 – New Weapons
CoD MW3 is going to introduce two never-before seen weapons at the start of Season 2. The new Battle Pass will also bring specialized versions of the SOA Subverter and the Soulrender later in the season.
BP-50
An all-new bullpup assault rifle, the BP-50 is unlocked in Sector B7 of the Battle Pass and rains down death in 5.57 caliber rounds.
RAM-9
The RAM-9's impressive rate of fire can be unlocked in Sector B6 of the Season 2 Battle Pass. This light SMG holds the most ammo out of all other guns in its class is especially strong point-blank

CoD MW3 Season 2 – Ninja Vest Perk
A new multiplayer perk makes its way to Season 2 in stealthy fashion! “Ninja Vest” not only kills your movement sounds and shrugs off any movement debuffs, but it also lets you carry more Shuriken and Throwing knives which automatically refills every 25 seconds.
CoD MW3 Season 2 – The Walking Dead Operators
Season 2 is bringing two of the most iconic characters from The Walking Dead into the warzone. Rick Grimes and Michonne can be unlocked via the Game Pass to join Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 as the new operators!
CoD MW3 Season 2 – Limited-time Events
All future events in the season were lined up in the CoD MW3 Season 2 patch notes. Each will require you to earn XP in-game to unlock new cosmetics and other rewards, so mark your calendars!
