The new weapon packs a punch, so here’s how to get the most out of it.

The most recent update for Black Ops Cold War and Warzone saw the addition of a new Tactical Rifle, the CARV.2. With Tactical Rifles playing a big part in the Warzone meta recently, it's no surprise that the CARV.2 competes with the best.

While our build caters for more medium to long-range engagements, the CARV.2 also dominates in close-quarters combat and could be a great choice for your secondary.

CARV.2 Class Setup

  • Optic: Axial Arms 3x
  • Muzzle: Agency Silencer
  • Barrel: 22.3” Cavalry Lancer
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 45 RND Drum

From looking at the in-game descriptions, you may be wondering why we’ve chosen the 22.3” Cavalry Lancer as the Barrel. While in-game, it states that this barrel increases Vehicle Damage, YouTuber JGOD revealed that this is not the case, and instead it actually increases bullet velocity.

While we assume this is a bug and will be fixed soon, we recommend using this barrel until the fix is made. The Agency Silencer also increases Bullet Velocity along with Damage Range, while also hiding you from the minimap when firing, so it is an essential addition to any weapon in Warzone.

Will the burst weapon meta be returning to Warzone? We don't think so, but this new CARV.2 competes with the best, so if that’s your style, this is the loadout you'll want to be using.
