From Paris to Seattle, Classic joins the Surge.
Since the start of the Call of Duty League, Seattle Surge has struggled. Not only this year, but last year the Surge have struggled to get many points on the board, and have not lived up to expectations. After Decemate joined the squad in Stage 3, many thought they could improve. However, a 0-6 record saw them make another change, bringing in Nicholas “Classic” DiCostanzo to the team.
From Paris to Seattle
Classic has joined Seattle until the end of the season, and will primarily look to qualify for champs. So far this year, Classic has looked out of place on Paris Legion, and his pace has looked faster than the rest of the squad. He will join another very fast player in Prestinni, and hopefully, they can improve the Surge as an SMG duo.
In his announcement, Surge coach Nubzy mentions Classic’s fundamentals and leadership ability as main factors to his pickup. With nothing to lose at this point, Seattle will need to give it everything as we head into Stage 4 later this week.
