Popular YouTuber Vikkstar123 and former KFC Royale winner Itz_WarsZ are the first team to win back to back Warzone Wednesday tournaments.
The British duo powered through the competition defeating Nickmercs and Swagg (previous winners) in game one. They went on to take down ex Call of Duty pro TeePee and his partner Ayden in game two. Impressively, Vikkstar managed to secure the grand finals spot by out-fragging HusKerrs and Speros by himself. Due to his partner WarsZ lagging out mid game.
Following the long wait for losers finals to finish, Vikk & WarsZ found themselves facing off against TeePee and Ayden once again.
TeePee and Ayden secured the first series, winning comfortably 37-22 kills. However, since they came from the losers bracket, they needed to pull off another victory against the reigning champs to take the crown – and $20k. Vikk and WarsZ were not about to let that happen. They ended game one of the second series 12 kills up (34-22), and it was looking good for the Brits to secure a second win in as many weeks.
The final game finished 36-39 in Vikk and WarsZ’s favour, making them the first team to go back to back. The chemistry between these two players seems to be what produces the victorys. Yes, they are extremely talented players but they communicate like no other and have the clutch factor when needed. Making them the best Warzone players in the game.
