The vets will be teaming up with the streamers once again in the 2nd annual C.O.D.E. Bowl.
The Call of Duty Endowment is a non-profit organization that seeks to help veterans find careers through gaming and Call of Duty. They’re supported each year with a Call of Duty Endowment pack on the store, where all proceeds go to the fund. Last year we saw the vets team up with streamers in the first C.O.D.E Bowl, a Gunfight tournament. This year, things are a little different, so let's take a look at the format, schedule and how you can help.
Format
This year the USA will be facing the UK with eight military teams going up against each other in 6v6 multiplayer. All teams will be coached by a Call of Duty League professional prior to the event, giving them all the tips and tricks needed to perform at the highest level.
Some players confirmed to be competing include CourageJD, Symfuhny, Vikkstar, LEGIQN, Swagg, Spratt and TeePee. With 16 streamers participating, we will definitely see some more of the best players in the world competing.
Schedule
The tournament kicks off at 3 PM ET on December 10 and will be streamed on the Call of Duty Twitch Channel. If you link your Twitch and Activision accounts, you’ll be rewarded with a Weapon 2XP token after watching for 30 minutes. There will be a donation link on the stream if you wish to help, but if you want some in-game swag too, there is still the C.O.D.E pack in the Black Ops Cold War store.
