OpTic Gaming Los Angeles 3-2 Toronto Ultra
Two surprise Semi-Finalists in OpTic Gaming and Toronto Ultra faced off for a spot in the Final. This one was hard to call, but the superstar quality of the OpTic gaming players had many seeing them come out on top. Slasher really turnt it up this weekend, a 1.62 K/D in Map One saw OpTic take a close 250-229 victory. Following this OpTic had a taste of their own medicine. After defeating London 6-2 on Ramazza SnD yesterday, Toronto gave it back to them and tied the series 1-1 after a 6-2 win. As we thought this series couldn't get any closer, Ultra won the domination by one point. Giving them a 2-1 series lead.
ONE-POINT WIN! @TorontoUltra sneak away with the Domination after a crazy endgame sequence!

Game Four saw another close Hardpoint, with OpTic winning 250-227, and forcing a Game Five. Obviously, in a series this close it would be rude to not have a round 11 in Snd. Both teams agreed, but OpTic Gaming came out on top. After dropping 0 kills in the first SnD, Slasher turned this around with a massive 16, the most we’ve seen all year.
First finals spot SECURED for @OpTicGaming LA after an insane game 5, round 11 win over Toronto Ultra!

Atlanta FaZe 3-2 New York Subliners
A rematch between Atlanta FaZe and New York Subliners saw FaZe come out on top, and get their spot in the final. A closely contested series saw NYSL battle hard and take FaZe to a Game Five. First was a Gun Runner Hardpoint. FaZe took map one 250-222 after some excellent rotations and gaining a massive 43 seconds on the first hill. New York took the SnD 6-3 after an insane ninja defuse from Temp.

Many suspected that this may have been a smoke glitch with the CodCaster which does not show the smoke. Priestahh confirmed this on twitter, making this ninja defuse slightly less special. FaZe took the Domination 166-141 with a dominant 25 point victory. Before New York replied with a 250-247 Hardpoint win, forcing the series to a Game Five. FaZe took the series after a 6-3 win in Game Five, placing themselves up against OpTic in the final.
Atlanta FaZe 3-1 OpTic Gaming Los Angeles
Surprise finalist OpTic Gaming found themselves up against one of the best teams in the league. Atlanta FaZe. Map One was Azhir Cave, allowing both Slasher and new substitute Chino to both run an AR. This double AR setup may have helped. However, it was the subs of OpTic who really run the show. TJHaly and Dashy finished map one with 42 and 39 kills respectively. Winning the game 250-232, going 1-0 up in the series. In the Search and Destroy, FaZe came back winning 6-5 after a 1v2 clutch from Cellium in the final round.
WOW @Cellium!
In danger of going down 0-2 in the series, he clutches a 1v2 to win the S&D for @ATLFaZe!

FaZe took this momentum into the final games winning 170-149 in Domination, and 250-223 in Hardpoint. This saw them win their second CDL weekend and deny OpTic Gaming their first chip.
The CDL Standings are now closer than ever, with just 20 points between 6th and 11th.
