Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Set to Release on November 13th According to new Leaks

New information has been datamined through the new Season 5 update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone; revealing the release date, the official description and different versions of Black Ops Cold War.
Release Dates
According to new datamined information, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's release date will be Friday, November 13. Along with this, it seems the Multiplayer reveal date will be September 9th. This means we'll likely see a Multiplayer beta in late September or early October if these dates are correct.
Special Editions
There have been 3 editions of Black Ops Cold War found, these include the Standard Edition, Cross-Gen Bundle and Ultimate Edition. All editions come with access to the beta with a pre-order and access to the Frank Woods bundle in Modern Warfare. The Cross-Gen Edition will contain both the current gen (Xbox One/PS4) and next gen (Xbox Series X/PS5) version of the game. This suggests that Activision will not be providing free upgrades and will instead require you to purchase this edition of the game.

The datamined files have revealed the official description for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. The description indicates that BOCW will be a “direct sequel” to Black Ops 1. The official description can be read below:

The worldwide reveal for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will take place tomorrow August 26 at 1:30PM ET in Warzone. It seems that players will be required to complete a challenge in order to unlock the reveal trailer. So make sure you’re ready to drop into Verdansk tomorrow.
