Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Set to Release on November 13th According to new Leaks

New information has been datamined through the new Season 5 update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone; revealing the release date, the official description and different versions of Black Ops Cold War.

Release Dates

According to new datamined information, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's release date will be Friday, November 13. Along with this, it seems the Multiplayer reveal date will be September 9th. This means we'll likely see a Multiplayer beta in late September or early October if these dates are correct.

Special Editions

There have been 3 editions of Black Ops Cold War found, these include the Standard Edition, Cross-Gen Bundle and Ultimate Edition. All editions come with access to the beta with a pre-order and access to the Frank Woods bundle in Modern Warfare. The Cross-Gen Edition will contain both the current gen (Xbox One/PS4) and next gen (Xbox Series X/PS5) version of the game. This suggests that Activision will not be providing free upgrades and will instead require you to purchase this edition of the game.

The Ultimate Edition includes:

  • Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War game
  • Note: console versions include current-gen version and next-gen version when it launches
  • Land, Sea and Air Pack
    • 3 Operator Skins
    • 3 Vehicle Skins
