The Celtics failed to keep the break they made in Game 2 in Miami due to their loss in Game 3, but Boston quickly bounced back and they were furious in Game 4, blowing the Heat in a convincing fashion. Although they have been far from consistent, the Celtics only lost three quarters in the first four games, and one of them was the fourth quarter in the last game, which was already over by then. After the first three games of the series have gone over the line for total points, to our huge surprise, the last game has gone well below the line despite the fact that the line was set at 207.5 total points. Now the line once again drops to where it was ahead of Game 1, which is 203.5 total points.

Now, we don’t like that. We feel it’s too low and even a solid shooting night from one team could push the total points over that line. But we can’t bet on over since these two teams have shown amazing defensive abilities in these playoffs. So, we are sticking with under for Game 5 as well.

The Heat center has scored 16 or more points in just five of the twelve games he played in these playoffs, and he particularly struggled in these series where he went over just once. In addition to Robert Williams III, the Celtics also have Al Horford in the paint, so it’s a tough task for any center in the league to score against those two.  That task is even harder for Adebayo who is hardly a threat outside of the paint, which makes it much easier to defend him down low. All in all, we don’t see Adebayo scoring 16 points or more in this game.
