The first small adjustment to 7.25 is now live.

Valve changed Dota 2 once more after they’ve released their latest update. It changes a lot of heroes and items, which is great because the meta was starting to feel a little bit dull. However, it seems like some of the buffs to a couple of heroes were just too good to remain in the state that they were.

As a result, just one day after the new update, we already have the first small addition to it. There are five heroes that got nerfed in total, so let’s check them out.

Bounty Hunter

We’ve put this hero in our list as one of the biggest winners if the new patch. That’s why we’re not really surprised to see him here. As you know. 7.25 changes how the Aghanim’s Scepter works for this hero. It now provides him with more range, less cooldown and the ability yo apply Jinada to Shuriken Toss.

However, it seems like all those changes were too good to remain in their current state. As a result, BH’s level  15 talent now reduces Shurken’s Toss bonus damage by 10, and his level 20 reduces the Jinada steal by 25 (65 now, it was 90 before).

The second hero that also appeared to be too strong was Meepo. This is one of the hardest Dota 2 heroes but if you learn how to play with him, you will have a blast. Sadly, Meepo’s life is a little bit harder now because he suffers from two nerfs.

5 Of The Most Annoying Heroes In Dota 2

Firstly, the XP gain from Divided We Stand is now 30%, down from 40%. Also, his level 10 talent will give him 8 Strength, instead of 10.

Night Stalker

Up next, we have Night Stalker. He is one of those heroes that tend to explode in popularity every now and then. Even though we didn’t expect it, it seems like this will be his meta once again.

However, before that happens, NS will have to learn to cope with the new nerfs. First, his overall strength gain is now 3, instead of 3.2. Also, Void’s damage is now 320 (was 355), and his level 25 talent gives him +100 AS instead of +110.

The next on our list is Ursa. This was one of the heroes that were changed massively in many ways. Of course, the biggest new thing that Ursa players had to cope with is the Ultimate. It no longer provides bonus damage on Fury Swipes but instead, it gives 50% resistance.

However, in order to balance it, Ursa’s Fury Swipes damage is a lot more. Sadly, it seems like the damage was a bit too much to handle, which is why patch 7.25a nerfs a couple of things.

Ursa’s movement speed is reduced bt 5, Fury Swipes now does 4 less damage per stack on level 4, and overpowered has two more seconds cooldown on the max level.

Dota 2: xNova Is No Longer Part Of EHOME

We can’t say we’re surprised, especially when you take into account how strong the hero felt. Even though we’ve just spent a day with Ursa, she felt incredibly strong at all stages of the game.

The last hero that has some nerfs is Visage. It’s the least affected by the changes because there is only one thing that’s new. From now on, Gravekeeper’s Cloak max damage reduction is set to 80%.
