Pangolier can strike Sven and other melee heroes from the enemy team in his lane to prevent them from taking out creeps to push lanes faster. You can increase the armor reduction induced by Lucky Shot through the Talent Tree at level 10. 

Lucky Shot can prove to be a useful passive ability while fighting enemy heroes with staggering ultimate abilities. Sven’s ulti, God Strength, increases the attack damage of Sven by 200% for 35 seconds. Pangolier gains a 30% chance to release a bolt of lightning that deals 135 damage to multiple enemy units in a radius of 650 with the passive ability, Chain Lightning. You can use Swashbuckle to slash more enemies with Maelstrom. The item has a better chance to trigger Chain Lightning after Pangolier uses Swashbuckle in his lane.

Pangolier’s ulti has a cooldown of 70 seconds and needs 200 mana to be used in the game. You can decrease the cooldown of Rolling Thunder by 20 seconds at level 25.
