Dota 2 Doom Guide – Chase Opponents with Scorched Earth

Here’s how you can chase opponents using Scorched Earth while playing Doom to increase your kill counts in Dota 2.

Taking kills can be vital to your victory in the massively multiplayer game. You can select characters from a number of tactful heroes who can chase down enemy heroes in the game with their abilities. Heroes, such as Doom, Centaur Warrunner, and Undying can use their skills to slow the movement speed of their enemies during battles.

Players can use a wide variety of items and abilities to enhance their movement speed. Picking heroes with a low base movement speed can restrain your chances of finding and destroying enemies for bonus gold and experience in the online game.

Take a look at these strategies that you can apply to chase opponents with Scorched Earth using Doom in your Dota 2 matches.

Doom – Chase Opponents with Scorched Earth

Doom fights enemies at close range using Scorched Earth

Doom is a Strength hero in the strategy game. He can fulfill multiple roles in a team while playing against advanced gamers and top teams from all over the world. The melee hero can consume creeps to gain new abilities that can help him chase enemy heroes in team fights.

You can Devour a number of creeps from the forest to increase the movement speed of Doom. The melee hero has a base movement speed of 285, requiring people to purchase a few items early in the game to give Doom adequate speed to chase opponents in Dota 2.

People can purchase a Boots of Speed for 500 gold after spawning into the game to increase the movement speed of Doom by 45. You can upgrade the Boots of Speed to Arcane Boots by getting an Energy Booster from the Secret Shop. Doom gains additional movement speed for up to 10 seconds and deals 20 damage per second (DPS) to enemy units around him in a radius of 600.
