Danish organization, North, have just undergone a huge rebrand and restructuring project, and will continue their contract with Kjaerbye.
The Danish organization intrigued a community the couple of days ago, clearing their social media accounts and website. Many people thought this was signs about disbanding or ceasing operations, but today the Northerners came out with an updated logo and brand description. Additionally, North revealed that they've extended the contract with Markus "Kjaerbye" Kjærbye.
On top of rebranding, North also underwent some restructuring within the organization. The Danes signed the performance coach Christian Engell, who will work in tandem with Graham "messioso" Pitt, head of esports operations. In the past Engell has worked with Kasper Peter Schmeichel, as well as many other famous soccer players.
North’s mission is to entertain and excite fans in Scandinavia and across the globe, according to their website. In 2020 they aim to become the best Scandinavian esports club.
Despite all the other changes, North's roster will stay the same:
- Markus "Kjaerbye" Kjærbye
- Nicklas "gade" Gade
- Jakob "JUGi" Hansen
- Philip "aizy" Aistrup
- René "cajunb" Borg
- Torbjørn "mithR" Nyborg (coach)
